Usher denies 'each and every allegation' including herpes exposure claims, but says if he did, he didn’t mean it

R&B singer, Usher has denied each and every allegation made against him, including claims he had exposed three accusers to genital herpes.
In new documents obtained by the Daily News on Thursday, Usher denied "each and every allegation" made by the two women and one man who filed a joint lawsuit last month claiming sexual battery, fraud, negligence, and infliction of emotional distress.
In the records, the singer, full name Usher Raymond IV went on to say that even if sexual contact did take place, there was never any intent to harm.
The paper work which filed by singer's lawyers Laura Wasser and Zia Modabber at the Los Angeles County Superior Court states that 'Any alleged conduct by Defendant, which is expressly denied, was unintentional.'
In addition, the paperwork states that in any sexual contact which may have took place 'each plaintiff assumed the risk of any alleged harm.'
The report comes just days after one of his accusers, Quantasia Sharpton told YouTube vlogger Miss Jacob Kohinoor in a phone interview that she has a sex tape with Usher.
Although, the claim was later rubbished by her attorney Lisa Bloom, who said her client statement was just a "misunderstanding"
