Young Men Who Specialize In Raping Women At Night Vigils Arrested In Enugu [Photo]

Some young hoodlums who allegedly specialize in raping women at vigils in Enugu metropolis – have been arrested by officers of the Nigerian police force.
The young men who were apprehended during a coordinated security operation recently – are currently in police custody and are helping the officers with the investigation.
